How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours inside Cairo and Giza.
We contact you prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time and address
Are the meats fresh or frozen?
All our products are 100% fresh.
We use vacuum-sealed packaging to preserve tenderness and natural flavor without adding any preservatives.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement for online orders
What payment methods are available?
You can pay using the following methods:
Cash on delivery
Bank card payment via POS machine
Online payment through Instapay or any e-wallet
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the order in case of any issue with the product,
provided that it is in the same condition as delivered and in its original packaging
Are Naqi products available outside Cairo?
Currently, we cover only Cairo and Giza.
However, we will very soon start delivering to other governorates — follow us to get the latest updates
Is the slaughtering done on the farm?
Slaughtering is carried out in government-approved slaughterhouses to ensure the safety and quality of the meat
Why do we freeze the meat after vacuum packaging?
We freeze the meat to preserve its freshness and ensure it reaches the customer still fresh
